Product returns at the company's expense

The return of products is charged to the Company in the following cases:

  • In cases where incorrect products were delivered by type or quantity
  • In cases where defective products were delivered and this can be confirmed by an authorized employee of the company
  • In cases where the order upon delivery has damaged packaging, completely or in most of its parts

In cases of returns at the company's expense, the products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer along with the accompanying documents.

When returning the order, the company will repair or replace the products, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the customer rejects the previous two.

Product Returns - Right of Withdrawal

According to current legislation, the customer of our online store has the right to return his order or part of it, within (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. This withdrawal is unwarranted and without any charge to the customer. In the event that you encounter any problem or the time period has passed, please contact our company's sales department.

Products are accepted for return when they are in their original condition, have not been damaged and the products have not been used. The customer must return the products together with the accompanying documents and their packaging in excellent condition. Clothing and footwear from which the tag has been removed, or which have been used beyond the testing process are not accepted for return.

In the event of returning goods with the right of withdrawal, customers are charged with the direct cost of returning the goods and, where applicable, the cost of reducing the value of the goods.

The return of the products can be done either by the Customer himself at the Company's headquarters or by sending them after consultation with the Company's staff.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Customized products that have been manufactured to customer specifications or upon special order (e.g. tailoring)
  • Services already performed by Danaos Professional Outfits
  • Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery

Refund

As long as the product return process has been completed correctly and the return conditions are met, our company is committed to refunding the customer's money within ten (10) business days of receipt of the items.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment for the customer's original order (i.e. by cash refund in case the purchase was paid in cash, by cancellation of debit/credit card charge in case of purchase with a corresponding charge, etc.). In particular, in the case where the payment for the products has been made by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be credited to a bank account that the Customer will indicate to the Company.
